EPILAC 748 is a new pasteurized skimmed yoghurt powder for ice creams preparations and chocolates fillings (depending of the regulation of the end-user country).
The pasteurization doesn't affect the taste and we may guarantee the same acidity and freshness than a yoghurt.

Skimmed Milk Powder 914 is dried with a very soft heat-treatment but ensures together a very low flora account and the integrity of the proteins, of the milky taste and texture.

Ideal for dairy beverages or to reconstitute.
